Hosted by Karen At the Scene &  The Lovely Teahouse, this exciting community event will bring together local artisans, makers, businesses, and shoppers for a fun-filled day of shopping, connection, and fun

The market will take place rain or shine from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at:

The Lovely Teahouse
2449 Highway 11 North
Oro-Medonte, Ontario

​

Vendor spaces will be located on the main floor of our teahouse and the front lawn, creating a unique and inviting shopping experience for visitors.

​

For parking and event access, please use the 5th Line exit from Highway 11. We are located across from Guthrie Public School and share a parking lot with Cristina's Antiques.

We look forward to welcoming an incredible collection of local vendors, unique products, and small businesses for a wonderful day of community.🛍️

Supporting Hospice Simcoe – Seasons Centre

We are proud to be supporting Hospice Simcoe – Seasons Centre, an organization that is near and dear to our hearts. We are thrilled to have them involved in this special event and to help raise awareness and support for the important work they do within our community.

​

There will be a Silent Auction and 50/50 Draw benefiting Hospice Simcoe – Seasons Centre.

Vendors will have the opportunity to donate an item with a minimum value of $25 to the Silent Auction and receive a discount on their vendor fees. 

​

What We Will Provide

✔ Extensive social media advertising through At the Scene Photography and The Lovely Teahouse. With a combined reach of more than 170,000 followers, we are anticipating a fantastic turnout.

✔ Lawn signage on the property beginning 30 days before the event. Additional signage will be placed on local roads and throughout the surrounding area during the week leading up to the market.

✔ A clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated event space.

✔ Tables for indoor vendors.

✔ A supportive, community-focused atmosphere where local businesses can shine.

What You Will Need to Bring

✔ A vendor table & chair (outdoor vendors are welcome to bring a tent).

✔ Your products and/or information about the services you provide.

Applying as a Vendor

​

To apply, simply complete the vendor application form on this page.

Once your application is submitted, we will review and contact you to confirm your approval and provide instructions for payment.  

You will also receive the updated vendor map to choose your desired spot.  You will have 72 hours to secure your spot and send payment.  We can not hold spots.

Vendor Terms for this event - You will be asked to agree to these terms on your application form.

​

• I will arrive with sufficient time to complete my set-up and have my vendor space fully operational and ready for customers no later than 10:00 AM on Sunday, August 23, 2026.

• I understand that vendor set-up will begin at 7:00 AM on the day of the event and that all vehicles must be moved to designated parking areas once unloading is complete.

• I understand that vendor spaces must remain fully set up and staffed for the duration of the event and may not be dismantled before the event concludes at 4:00 PM.

• I understand that I am responsible for my own products, equipment, displays, and personal belongings during the event.

• I agree to provide proof of liability insurance to the event organizers prior to the event.

• I understand that vendors may donate a raffle or silent auction item with a minimum retail value of $25 to support Hospice Simcoe – Seasons Centre.

• I understand that auction or raffle donations must be received by the event organizers no later than August 17, 2026 to qualify for the $25 vendor fee discount.

• I understand that if I (the vendor) cancel attendance, there is bad weather, an act of nature or a provincial or municipal emergency shutdown there will not be a refund provided. 

• I understand that failure to comply with the terms of this agreement may result in removal from the event without refund.
